Sweet Summer Chaï

Once chai, always chai! In post “Chai Latte: How well do you know it?“, we told you the most interesting facts about one of the most popular beverages during the cold season (and not just then).

Now we present a summery chai recipe that combines the sweet-spicy taste of YOGI TEA® Sweet Chai with the fresh aroma of citrus fruit into an original and fascinating mixture.

Ingredients

 

  • 250 ml YOGI TEA® Sweet Chai
  • 125 ml orange juice
  • 1 ml fresh lemon juice

 

Preparation

 

  • Make yourself a cup of YOGI TEA® Sweet Chai by pouring 250 ml of boiling water over the teabag and letting it steep for about seven minutes.
  • Once the tea has cooled down, put it into the fridge.
  • Once cool, add the orange juice and lemon juice to the tea.
  • Mix and served chilled with ice.
