Ingredients for 2 glasses

 

Preparation time: 10 minutes

 

  • 1 apple
  • ½ pineapple
  • 1 handful spinach
  • 1 sachet YOGI TEA® Green Balance
  • 100ml water
  • 1 slice of ginger

 

 

Preparation

 

1. Pour one bag of YOGI TEA® Green Balance with 100ml of boiling water and let steep for 5 minutes.

 

2. Wash and core the apple and cut it into pieces.

 

3. Remove the pineapple peel and chop the flesh.

 

4. Peel and chop the ginger, wash the spinach.

 

5. Put all ingredients in a blender and puree.
